제목 Curing Behavior and Properties of Epoxy Acrylate by Electron Beam Irradiation
초록 Electron beam curing has several advantages compare to thermal curing: reduced curing times, reduced environmental and health problems, reduced energy consumption, and reduced manufacturing costs. We cured the epoxy acrylate through electron beam irradiation and heat treatment. We used differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) to determine the cure behavior. We measured the gel contents over time after curing. We measured the swelling behavior to determine the crosslinking density with curing. We also performed Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and others to characterize the epoxy acrylate.
