Alkoxy naphthalene 과 Bithiophene 포함하는 고분자의 합성과 특성에 관한 연구 |
초록 |
A polymer containing bithiophene derivatives have been interested greatly in organic field-effect transistors due to their advantages including good process-ability, stability as well as compatible with plastic substrates to flexible electronic devices. Besides, thiophene derivatives-containing fused-aromatic compounds represent an interesting class of electronic materials for organic conductors and field effect transistors. In this study, a new material polymer containing 5-(1,5-bis-alkoxy-naphthalen-2-yl)-[2,2']bithiophene groups were synthesized by Stille coupling reaction, and determined from FT-IR, 1H-NMR. The physical and optical properties of the polymers were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), cyclic voltammetry (CV), and optical absorption and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. |
