연료전지 자동차용 가솔린 연료 개질기의 개발: Alumina의 fine-grinding 특성 해석 및 Structured catalyst 개발 |
초록 |
In order to develop structured catalyst for fuel processing, the fine grinding characteristics of alumina was investigated by a stirred-ball attrition mill. Also, a wash coating of alumina on a ceramic honeycomb of NGK Co. Ltd. was performed for application in a kW-class gasoline fuel processor. It was actually found possible to produce sub-micron alumina by the stirred-ball attrition mill. Optimal breakage mechanism was interpreted by mathematical modeling of experimental data based on theoretical grinding equation. It was found that the grinding kinetics approach was successfully applied to the analysis of particle size distributions obtained under various operating conditions, such as grinding time, ball media size, impeller velocity and solid contents. It was found that BET surface area of supports increased with increasing cell density of honeycomb and increasing solid contents.
